Who is ExtraDIY?

How to use your additive?
Its concentrate formula cannot be used as it is; this additive requires dilution in a PG/VG base or an e-liquid before being poured into your electronic cigarette tank.
We recommend respecting the advised dosage by the manufacturer. You can then adjust it according to your preferences and the intensity desired.
The steep time:
For optimal steeping, you only have to wait:
- 15 days minimum for the tobacco and dessert additives
- 1 week minimum for the candy or drink additives
- 48h minimum for the fruity or mentholated additives
Tip for optimal result: shake the preparation bottle a bit each day so the additives are correctly diffused.
According to the PG/VG ratio, the steep time can be longer. Indeed, the more there is vegetable glycerin (VG) the longer the steeping.
The tasting:
Once the steeping phase is complete, your e-liquid is ready to use. However, it may need a few adjustments.
If you find that the taste is too light, you can add a few drops of additive and let it rest for at least another 48 hours.
On the other hand, if your liquid is too strong, you can dilute it by adding base.
To help you:
- If your preparation is too intense, you have to dilute it. Then, add some base.
- If your preparation is not strong enough, add some drops of the additive: stick to proportions of 1 to 3% of your base liquid + flavor concentrate(s) mix, as additives are generally highly concentrated.
- Precisely label your preparations with the date, the dosage, and the concentrates used
- Put your new recipes in 10ml bottles but in low amounts (5ml for example) to allow you readjustments of concentrate or base.
