2. Pour your Terminus Frost concentrate inside: Solana recommends a 20% dosage for a 50PG/50VG ratio or 100 drops per 10ml of base
3. Add your neutral or nicotined base liquid
4. Close the bottle and shake it for a few seconds
5. Let the mix steep in a dark and dry place for 2-3 days
6. Vape!
