This electronic cigarette with a modern look is composed of an X-Priv Plus and a TF-D Subtank clearomizer, both combined give the kit dimensions of 142 x 89 x 29.5, for a battery-free weight of 178g.

Made by Smok in zinc and polycarbonate alloy, the X-Priv Plus mod presents a satiny finish for a contemporary design.

Its standard 510 pin allows it to hold the TF-D Subtank but also any other clearomizer with a maximal diameter of 25mm.

Find at the bottom of this screen, two touch-sensitive buttons with haptic feedback that can be locked by pushing on the Fire button two times.

The latter was specially thought by Smok for optimal ergonomy while using your e-cigarette, in the shape of a long trigger located on the side of the kit.

How does the X-Priv Plus kit work?

Smok equipped the kit with a big TFT color screen of 2.01", offering different animation themes for its display.

Under this screen, two touch-sensitive buttons allow you to browse in the mod's menu and to access the unique setting menu in vari-wattage. The latter lets you choose the power adjustment, up to 225W!

A big capacity in dual batteries

Are you looking for a kit with a big capacity to vape all day long?

Then, choose the Plus version of the X-Priv kit which presents a compartment for two 18650 batteries (sold separately).

To insert the batteries, choose the magnetic panel on the opposite side of the screen to free the battery compartment. Respect the polarity sense indicated on the back of the compartment.

Tip: let the strip stick out to easily take the batteries out.

Smok also equipped the kit with a USB-C port allowing you to charge your electronic cigarette.

For this, take the USB-C cable included in the box and connect it to the port, located under the setting buttons of the mod.

Careful, we recommend using an external charger as much as possible to preserve the lifespan of your batteries.

The TF-D Subtank clearomizer

Clearly meant for your vape sessions in direct inhaling (DL), the TF-D Subtank is specially made for a very airy draw, as can be seen from its 810 drip tip, its big e-liquid capacity of 5.5ml, and its compatibility with the D-Coils.

Its 25mm base diameter and its standard 510 pin make it a clearomizer totally suited to the X-Priv Plus mod!

The D-Coils

The TF-D Subtank clearomizer is made to hold the D-Coils which are made for an airy vape in direct inhaling (DL).

Smok delivers in the box of the kit, two coils with distinct values, to select according to your draw preferences:

• 1 0.15ohm D-Coil (pre-installed): to use between 55 and 65W. Recommended power 60W
• 1 0.23ohm D-Coil: to use between 45 and 55W. Recommended power 50W

After two to three weeks of use, the coil will start to show some signs of weakness, like a loss of flavors, or even a light burnt taste. It will be time to replace it with a new one.

For this:

1. Take the clearomizer off its base
2. Unscrew the bottom part of the TF-D Subtank
3. Slightly pull on the used coil to take it off
4. Soak a new coil with some e-liquid drops
5. Insert the latter in its compartment in place of the old one
6. Screw the bottom part of the clearomizer
7. Reconnect the TF-D Subtank on the mod
8. Fill the tank
9. Wait for some minutes before vaping so the new coil is correctly primed with e-liquid

A leakproof top airflow

To give you more control over the adjustment of the air intakes, Smok equips its clearomizer with an airflow ring: simply rotate the ring to release more or less of the two large holes. The more air you let in, the more airy your draw.

This airflow system is located at the top of the TF-D Subtank clearomizer, limiting any risk of e-liquid leakage.

An easy and quick top-filling

To recharge the 5.5ml of the tank, no need to take the TF-D Subtank off the mod!

Simply get your e-liquid bottle, then:

1. Push the top cap of the clearomizer
2. Insert the thin tip of your bottle into the filling hole
3. Pour your e-liquid
4. Push the top cap back

Reminder: wait for 5 to 10 minutes before vaping if you use a new coil.
